Once your order is handed over to the courier, we are unable to accommodate any changes to the delivery address or shipping method. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress directly. For any shipping-related questions or issues, please contact the courier company directly.

We take great care in packaging our books to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit by the courier or due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the courier is unable to contact the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges again in order to resend the order.
